Ordering Instructions

Step 1: Placing the order
Fill out the order form or send me an e-mail telling me what you would like to buy. I will total up your order and send you a bill via email. Once we have agreed on the bill for the order, I will put the items on reserve for you for 14 days pending receipt of payment.

Step 2: Payment

Shipping and Handling Fees
U.S. Orders
Fees are $3.80 plus 5 cents per item ordered for postage. Books are shipped standard U.S. Mail and average about ten days delivery time.

Priority Mail shipping is available for an additional charge upon request.

Delivery Tracking
Delivery Tracking is optional and costs an additional 55 cents. It is free to anyone who pays using .

Insurance
Insurance is optional. Use the following table to order insurance.

PURCHASE GUARANTEE
If you receive a book that is not as advertised, you can return it for full refund. It must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Postage is non-refundable.

International Orders
Because I am having trouble finding a good method of shipping internationally, I am currently not accepting any orders to be shipped outside of the U.S.
